The "Intro to Equipment" class is required before "Beginner" level classes.
Socks are required for class - we recommend non-slip socks if you have them.
Studio will open 5 minutes prior to class start time, please do not arrive before then.
New clients must arrive on time, returning clients can not be more than 5 minutes late for class.
Did you know?
If you late cancel a class and we are able to fill your spot, the late cancel will be removed and class credit is issued back to your account. This is to encourage you to cancel a reservation as soon as you know you can't make it so that someone else can book the spot.
GROUP CLASSES
(6 participants with 1 instructor, 55 minutes)
INTRO TO EQUIPMENT
Required 1st class if you are new to Pilates for any of the equipment (Reformer, Wunda Chair, Wall Tower.) This class will introduce you to the equipment and some basic exercises. This class is necessary before your first beginner level class.
BEGINNER
A beginner class will focus on building a strong foundation, understanding and execution of beginner level exercises on the reformer, tower and wunda chair. You will work on abdominal control, breathing, and posture. In this slow paced class, there will be a focus on basic body awareness, gaining strength and coordination.
INTERMEDIATE
Minimum of one year of experience on the equipment and proficient execution of the repertoire required to attend this level.
The intermediate level of our Pilates equipment classes are for those who have successfully mastered muscle control, strength, and fluidity. The participants in this class will be familiar with the choreography of Pilates and ready to move on to more challenges. Instructor assessment is required for placement into this level.
ADVANCED
Instructor approval required for this class.
This level of Pilates requires spinal flexibility, excellent abdominal control, wrist and shoulder stability, as well as overall strength. Advanced choreography is challenging and often weight-bearing, which demands strong wrists and shoulders as well as a healthy spine. This is an accelerated-paced assessment is required for placement into this level.
PRENATAL
This class is catered to moms in the 2nd and 3rd trimester but all are welcome. This class will focus on overall strength paying special attention to the needs of your changing body.
PRENATAL* clients in the 2nd and 3rd trimester need to book private (or semi-private sessions) or pre-natal classes..
POSTNATAL* clients attending private sessions and group classes, please inform your instructor.

GROUP CLASSES or PRIVATE SESSIONS?
PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS
If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend taking a few one-on-one sessions before starting group classes. This is the best way to get started especially if you have an injury or have movement limitations. You and the instructor can go over ways to modify certain exercises when in a class setting. But, this is not mandatory, we offer beginner group classes and you can get started that way too!

One instructor, up to 3 clients
This option is a great alternative to private sessions.
Partners should be at a similar physical level or in a similar condition (pregnant, postpartum, etc).
If private or semi-private sessions are not possible and you’re interested in group equipment classes, please start with Beginner Level Equipment Classes. Even if you are super strong, beginner level is the place to start, it's like learning a new language, you need to start at the beginning to build a strong foundation.

BOOKING POLICIES
All cancellations, including equipment classes, require a 24-hour notice. To cancel a scheduled appointment or class, please log into your Project Pilates MindBody account to make any changes.
A Late Cancel will result in the loss of the class from the package if we are unable to fill your spot.
Late arrivals forfeit the class.
New clients must be on time. You need to fill out a consent form and check in with the instructor about injuries. f you are If you are late, it disrupts the flow of class and there is a lot to cover in 55 minutes!
Returning clients, if you are more than 5 minutes late to a class, you could be turned away because the warm up was missed. This is always at the discretion of the instructor.
Monthly Membership No Shows and Late Cancellations:
If you have a monthly membership there is a $20 fee for each no-show and late cancel within the membership month.
BOOKING A SESSION OR CLASS
If you have Pilates experience, are injury free, and are interested in booking a one-on-one session or coming to a group class, you can reserve on-line.
If you are new to Pilates, have an injury (old or new), haven’t exercised in a while, have a special condition or need, are pregnant or have recently given birth please email us to book your initial session/class. info@projectpilates.com
Please email the studio to book semi-private sessions. Semi-private sessions work best when your partner is a similar fitness level.
Payment is required at the time of booking classes and/or sessions.
