Private Session
A one on one session tailored to your individual needs. A perfect choice for those who are either just beginning on the equipment, concerned about a specific body issue or injury, or for those who simply want a challenging workout made just for them! Private sessions incorporate all equipment and mat work, giving you your best possible workout.

Semi-Private Session
Private pilates with a friend! Two students and one instructor make semi-private sessions a fun and economical way to do personal training. The trainer will tailor the class for both students’ needs by using all equipment as well as mat work.

Small Group Reformer, Tower Class, or Mixed Equipment
Maximum of five students to one trainer (tower) or maximum of four students to one trainer (reformer). Using spring resisted and some weight bearing exercises, the tower and reformer will transform your body into a lean mean Pilates machine! Class size is limited, reserve your space in advance!

*All participants need to fulfill the pre-requisite: Must have prior Pilates equipment experience, attend private sessions, or have approval from instructor. If this is your first visit, please give us a call and we can help direct you to the appropriate class. If you’ve never taken an equipment class before, you will need to sign up for the beginner level classes.

Mixed Equipment Class
No more than five students to one trainer. This class has it all! The Circuit classes start with a mat warm up and then rotate around to each piece of equipment: Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Ladder Barrel and Wall Towers. If you are looking for variety and a challenging work out, this class is for you. Class size limited to 4, reserve your space!

Mat
Tired of the same old mat class? Our mat classes are a perfect blend of all we know utilizing magic circles, foam rollers, resistance bands and exercise balls. You will never have the same mat class twice as project mat is changed daily for the individual needs and desires of those in class that day.

Building Bones with the Pilates Circuit
This class uses the reformer, tower, chair and mat to focus on building bone density and improving balance.  All while strengthening your core and toning and lengthening your muscles.  This class is safe for those with excessive bone loss and our older population; however it is great for all ages and abilities.  This safe, challenging, and fun class aims to specifically strengthen your bones with impact, resistance, and weight bearing exercises.  It also avoids movements that are contradictive for those with osteoporosis.  The class is being offered as a series of 4/5 sessions depending on the month.  Class is limited to 3 persons.  The time to build your bones is now!

Pre/Post Natal Certified Pilates Training
For expecting,  new and seasoned moms! A safe fitness training program to align and balance your body, taught by pre/post natal certified trainers. Work one-on-one with our pre/post natal certified trainers to develop a workout catered to your body’s specific needs. Gain strength and body  awareness while aligning your body and working towards better posture. The sessions promote correct posture, pelvic floor awareness and toning, abdominal strength, upper and lower body strength. Call to book your private or semi-private session today.

We currently do not offer group classes for pre/post natal moms. If you have a group (4 or more) moms that want to schedule together, give us a call!

 

GETTING STARTED

Pilates Equipment:
If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend one-on-one sessions or at least taking a few one-on-one sessions before starting group classes.  You can also attend the Beginner level classes. We offer a discounted package of 3 private Pilates sessions for new comers, ask for The Intro Pack, this is 3 private sessions for $210.

Semi-private sessions for you and your partner are a great alternative to private sessions. For optimum results, partners should be at a similar level or in a similar condition (pregnant, postpartum).

If private or semi-private sessions are not possible and you’re interested in group equipment classes, please start with Introduction to Pilates Equipment or the Beginner classes.

 

Booking a Session or Class:

If you have Pilates experience, are injury free, and are interested in booking a one-on-one session or coming to a group class, you can reserve on-line.

If you are new to Pilates, have an injury (old or new), haven’t exercised in a while, have a special condition or need, are pregnant or have recently given birth please contact us to book your initial session/class.

If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, please contact us before attending a group class or booking a one-on-one session.

Semi-private sessions must be booked via email. Please contact us and allow a few days to schedule. We ask that you have your own, similar-level partner that you want to work with. Please note that semi-private sessions are not appropriate for those who are brand-new to Pilates or have injuries.

 

Booking Policies:
All cancellations, including equipment classes, require 24 hours notice.
To cancel a scheduled appointment or class, please call the studio at 201.432.5849.
Emails are not accepted for cancellations as we can not guarantee when they will be seen and read.
Group classes can be booked up to one month in advance.
