Small Group Tower Class
Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels*. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance and assistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.
using the pole/tower system to teach and develop basic movement and alignment skills, it is also a place to experience and be curious about the body’s relationship to spring tension, points of contact, how to ground and engage opposition, and how to imagine and feel lines of energy and breath.
This workout is designed to work those deepest abdominal muscles while dramatically sculpting your legs, butt, arms and back. You will leave this class having worked the entire body – feeling totally exhilarated!
Four students to one trainer on a mini version of the Cadillac. Tower classes are a great way for beginners to be introduced to equipment based pilates work. Using spring resisted weight bearing exercises, the tower will transform your body into a lean mean pilates machine! Class size limited to 4, reserve your space!

*All participants need to fulfill the pre-requisitebefore rgistering for intermediate or advanced classes : Prior pilates equipment experience, attend 3 private sessions or at least 3 beginner tower classes.
Small Group Reformer Class
Three students to one trainer on the most popular pilates machine. The reformer helps one establish torso stability and postural alignment while working peripheral limbs in a range of motion. The adjustable springs allow for progressive resistance, which helps to lengthen and strengthen the muscles rather than building bulk. It makes for an effective, no-impact stretching and toning workout that is friendly to the joints.
Don’t be surprised if some beginner Reformer exercises seem simple – a relaxing, almost effortless glide back and forth on the carriage with none of that overexertion sensation you get from pumping iron. The effects go deep, and you’ll engage muscles you never knew you had. As you progress, the fitness challenge becomes significantly greater.
*All participants need to fulfill the pre-requisite before rgistering for intermediate or advanced classes: Prior pilates equipment experience, attend 3 private sessions or at least 3 beginner reformer classes.
Equipment Circuit Class
No more than six students to one trainer. This class has it all! The Circuit classes start with a mat warm up and then rotate around to each piece of equipment: Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Reformer, Ladder Barrel and Wall Towers. If you are looking for variety and a challenging work out, this class is for you. Class size limited to 6, reserve your space!
